The Design Center, in cooperation with the Figge Art Museum, invites speakers of national and international acclaim to present their ideas for building a better Quad Cities metropolitan region.

On certain Fridays at noon, the Design Center also hosts a "Lunch-Bag Presentations" series, where we show documentaries or invite local experts in city and regional planning and design to present topics related to the creation of better cities.  Keep checking this page periodically for information on upcoming topics and dates.  Bring a lunch and come on down to participate in discussions.

We invite the public to visit the Design Center and peruse our modest library devoted to planning, urban design, architecture and landscape architecture.  Movies and videos are available for viewing on the premises as well.
